On-Site Fundraising allows you the convenience of purchasing bears for your special function. Our trained staff will provide advice on styles and quantities to maximize your efforts. We will ship all On-Site fundraising orders within 24 hours. Remember, we have NO MINIMUM ORDER! Actual shipping charges apply to all orders. Custom
Bear Program
Create your own custom bear
for your school, group, organization etc.! Our bears are perfect for any organization or group for Fundraisers,
Corporations (Create Brand Awareness), Non-Profits, Special Events, etc.
Beary Thoughtful® has made it easy for you to design and market your own Custom Bear. Choose from over 200 fabric and Ribbon colors. Decide which logo/graphics you want on your bear and where. Logo/graphics can be embroidered on the chest, foot and/or back of the your Custom Bear. Design the hangtag, your graphics and information on the front cover and inside. Minimum order is only 300 bears. A 50% deposit is required after sample approval and delivery time is approximately 60-75 days. Balance due before delivery.
There is a $100.00 Non-Refundable fee required for us to begin your artwork for your bear design. This will be applied to the total cost of the bear.
Custom
Hangtag Program
Your group is too small to order 300 customs bears? Design your own custom hangtag to attach to the styles we already have in our catalog. Custom hangtags with your logo, graphics and information are an excellent way to customize your bear. We'll make your custom hangtags, and you select the stock bears from our catalog. Minimum order is just 150 bears (mix and match any styles from our catalog!), plus hangtag cost. Great for sports teams, bands, schools, bowling leagues, holidays, etc.

Since Beary Thoughtful® was founded, we have recognized
the need to support the Family, the Community, and to Salute
our Military. Our mission is to support National and Local
organizations, increase community awareness and to further
impact those organizations that reinforce community involvement.
One example of Beary Thoughtful’s support is the
sale of the Eagle’s Tear. All proceeds from the sale
of the Eagle’s Tear go to Charity. Beary Thoughtful®
is seeking other companies and organizations to support
and promote charities through our Partnership Program.
Through Beary Thoughtful’s Partnership Program, we
will design, develop and help market the Partnership Bear
where proceeds from all sales benefit the organization.
We will promote the charity at conventions, on our website,
and feature the Partnership Bear in our catalog.
